Born out of our close relationship with several hop farmers in Washington’s Yakima River Valley, this unfiltered wheat uses two distinctly aromatic hops: Challenger for its fruity, floral profile and Mosiac for its earthy notes of pine and citrus. The blend of wheat and barley lends a touch of toffee sweetness.
