Started in 2010 by Jesse Friedman and Damian Fagan, Almanac focuses on a "farm to table" brewing process with ingredients procured from local farms. Most of their beers are now barrel aged under the "Farm to Barrel" label, resulting in limited-run productions. Almanac is committed to releasing a new oak-aged beer roughly every 30 days.
Almanac is currently a gypsy brewery, renting out facilities from other brewers for production.
